The architect agreement with clients and co-initiators IQNN Development and Schavast Development for the redevelopment of the Officerscasino in Soesterberg has been signed! We are going to work out the preliminary design for the building permit.
After a selection procedure by the Government Real Estate Agency the sale was -with our sketch design- awarded to the IQNN-Schvast team in 2019.The national monument will be restored and transformed into care homes with catering facilities. Behind the monument and next to it there is room for two new buildings. Work is currently underway on finalizing the preliminary design, and the procedure for changing the zoning plan is being started.
