Housing association Arcade and MS Vastgoed have the ambition to develop 420 social rental apartments in our project Verheeskade 25 in The Hague. The apartments are intended for renting out in the social segment. A total of approximately 1,400 homes and commercial spaces are being developed at the location, of which 30% of the total homes to be developed fall into the social housing.
